Sample 1: Describe a Popular Place for Sports

A popular place for sports can vary depending on the region, but one example is a large, well-known stadium like Wembley Stadium in London, England. This iconic venue is famous for hosting major sports events, including football matches, rugby games, and large-scale international tournaments.

Wembley Stadium is not just a place for sports, but a symbol of sporting culture. It has a seating capacity of over 90,000 people, making it one of the largest stadiums in Europe. The stadium regularly hosts the FA Cup Final, one of the most prestigious events in British football. Additionally, it has seen concerts, athletic events, and even American football games.

The atmosphere in such a place is electric, especially during high-profile events. Fans worldwide gather to witness top-tier performances, and the crowd’s roar is unforgettable. The stadium has modern facilities, including VIP boxes, numerous food and beverage stalls, and large screens to keep fans engaged throughout the event.

Besides its international significance, Wembley is where local communities come together to enjoy sports. Whether it’s the excitement of a live football match or the thrill of a concert, this venue remains a focal point for sports enthusiasts and tourists alike.

Sample 2: Describe a Popular Place for Sports

When I came home from abroad, I had a notion that my portfolio career as a footballer would fade due to the last time there was no sports park in my home country, but when I arrived at Dar es Salaam in August last year my old friend took me to the popular sports park in Tanzania called Jakaya Kikwete youth park.

I felt my brain stop functioning for a second as I could not believe what my eyes witnessed on the beautiful soccer pitch, like those I left abroad. Immediately, within a few minutes, I switched to footballer mode and started to warm up my body.

Then we organised with the people we met there. We played an exciting tournament, and I scored a hat trick, which I consider the first three goals in my homeland.

Part 3 Questions: Describe a Popular Place for Sports

Question 1: Do young people like to do sports?

To be honest, I don’t know much about younger people from other countries, but I am confident that in my geographical area, the younger generation loves to practice various sports activities. In my hometown, youths play football twice a day during their break time at school and in the evening after school hours, indicating how determined they are in sports.

Question 2: What are the benefits of sports for children?

Apart from health benefits, in recent years, sports have been just like other careers like teachers or engineers, so practising different sports early makes children aware of where the field of sports they are competent and it will escalate their chance to make it to reach their goal as for European countries they take their children very early to the sports centre just to find out which field is the best for them. They can’t work out more to be fully competent. For example, Usain  Bolt discovered his career as a marathon runner during a school sports tournament, and now he is known as the fastest man alive.

Question 3: Is it necessary to build public sports spaces?

I believe it is vital to the success of the country in sports in the world tournament as the sports centre will train native people and those people might become good in a specific area and will bring positive impact in the global football as Brazil is famous for the best soccer players since I was a child until now I am about to be a father they still holding best footballer, I am sure this is due to the vast public sports facilities the country had to build that motivation the native to practice more and more, ended up to be good in that field. A good example is Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior. After a fantastic season with his club, he won the best player award in this year’s UEFA Champions League.

Question 4: What do you think of companies donating sports venues for poor children?

I believe it will bring positive change, as children will be much more flexible in choosing which place to practice and will reduce the distance they travel to the sports centre. Furthermore, it will motivate children to like sports; in the end, it will be like Brazil in sports activities.
