Describe a Project that You Have Worked on Recently. You Should Say

Sample Answer: Describe a Project that You Have Worked on Recently

I have been working in the child care department in the national hospital in my country, where I’ve been preparing my research article about high heart rate disorders in children.

For years, I’ve been working alongside the head of the department of the national hospital to conduct various investigations about high heart rates in children and the consequences in their later lives when they get older.

Moreover, we also did some experiments on how to prevent and cure disorders brought on by high heart rates in those children. I have learned many procedures for conducting research in both categories, experimental and papers, so I am also an essential part of the corporation because the HOD alone could not finish the task in a predictable period. Still, with others, he did a fantastic job.

Part 3 Questions: Describe a Project that You Have Worked on Recently

Question 1: In your opinion, what are the most important qualities of teamwork?

My opinion I believe the best qualities people should possess in a team project is that both of them should be hard-working and desire to achieve this specific goal because those are the vitals to reach the destination area as an example of us and our head of department in the childcare national hospital both of us we shared the same desire. We do hard work to achieve our destination goal despite the setbacks we have faced in our research journey.

Question 2: Are school team projects different from the workplace?

I can’t believe there is even a little difference in the meaning of teamwork we used to do in our school life and nowadays in our work area. Still, there is a superficial difference in the appearance of the teamwork we did in school life and work life, as we had been working with our schoolmates. Still, now we do cooperate with our workmates, that’s a difference, but the real deep meaning is the same, as I can describe it, makes us share our opinion and abilities as a group to achieve specific goals.

Question 3: What challenges might be involved in team projects?

Everything has its own setbacks. So seeing challenges in something does not mean it is not a good thing because in every area there are some challenges people are facing over there so I can describe some few challenges of teamwork or team project like there are some people are introvert so that they are challenging to cooperate with others and some few people think they are good enough than others as they don’t want to accept opinion or ideas if they’re fellow teammates so most of the time this scenario facilitated misunderstanding between teammates and resulted the project to stay stagnant.

Question 4: Is there a way to overcome these challenges?

I believe there is some way this can be combated, such as providing education to tertiary-level children on how to team up with others so that when they get older, they will not make any trouble, and they will accept the reality that not always their ideas can be accepted. They will also get to know the value of others, regardless of their background, education, and portfolio.

Question 5: Do you think teamwork skills can be learned?

Absolutely, yes, teamwork skills can be learned in various ways. Still, the best and most favourable way is to start teaching children from the beginning of their lives, from kindergarten to university, about the importance and benefits of teamwork so that the community will have residents with teamwork skills, which will positively impact society.

Question 6: How important do you think teamwork will be in the future workplace?

Teamwork has many benefits for society in the future, but building the country together as a native without any conflict is the most essential part of teamwork in the workplace because even if someone wrongs you, his or her ideas will bring positive change in the office. You can show support because all of your goals are to make the office move forward, regardless of your differences.
