Describe a thing you did to learn another language

Sample 1

Well, in today’s era, people speak different languages to become multilingual. In this way, they can communicate with every person as well as learn an additional language to help them in earning bread and butter. Also, the same incident I had experienced when I learnt the Sanskrit language and to learn about this language, I enrolled myself in Gurukul Institute in Chandigarh. I enrolled there because it had veteran tutors who had immense knowledge about this ancient language because this ancient language is the mother of the Hindi language. So I learnt there. I had a longing to read about Vedas, and that was not possible for me without knowing the knowledge of this language because there was a mixture of languages, but the words related to Sanskrit were often repeated in it. Earlier I had tried to read, but I was unsuccessful, so I thought to become proficient in this language and then started to read. Really I had a very great experience. Although I am unsuccessful in reading all the four Vedas, I have started to read one, and really it was a very fine experience to learn about this language. Moreover, I also got to know from one of my tutors that this knowledge is on the verge of extinction because people don’t like to speak this language or even like to read it. So this would be a great step to save this language as there are lucrative offers from any institutes that look forward to appointing a teacher in this language. So now I feel over the moon whenever I talk to my teachers, who taught me this language, and I really feel proud that I am also among those people who speak this language.
