I was not keen on exercising regularly, but last year I realised that I lack stamina, so I decided to exercise every day. Initially, I began with yoga for 20 minutes every morning, and I kept doing it for a month; after that, I started stretching and squats, but I might have done something wrong while exercising and experienced severe pain after doing it for two days. After this incident, I decided to join a gym and have a personal trainer who could adequately guide me. The gym I joined has facilities like Zumba, aerobics and power Garba, which I found fascinating as I love dancing. These regular activities showed changes after three months, such as my stamina increased, and I felt more relaxed after doing yoga as it helps relieve stress. Now I have developed a habit of exercising regularly, which I want to continue for the rest of my life, and I am glad I made my health a priority.

Answer- Parents must first try to find out the child’s interest, and they must encourage children to participate in sports activities. Parents can also play with them and show them techniques to improve their games. They can give small rewards such as their favourite chocolates or toy to motivate children.

Answer- In 21 st century lifestyle of people has become sedentary. People stay at home and watch Netflix instead of playing sports. Moreover, because of their busy work life, they do not get time to prepare meals and eat lots of junk food. These two are primary reasons for obesity.
