Describe Your Summer Holidays or Vacations
- When and Where You Visit?
- What You Did Do There?
- ‘With Whom Do You Go There?
- And Explain Why You Like that Holiday.
Last September, I went to visit Serengeti National Park in the northern part of Tanzania. It is popular for being home to some of the oldest wildlife animals.
The theme of the holiday was to observe, with my own eyes, the oldest and largest elephant in the world, who was the last of his kind. Therefore, I was with my girlfriend, and we went to take a photo with the elephant as a reminder of our trip together.
It was our first vacation as a couple, and during our time there, we discussed many things about our future as a family—how we should live in order to have a successful life, both in terms of love and in the world. 🐘📸
Part 3 Questions: Describe Your Summer Holidays or Vacations
Question 1:- Do You Like to Go on Holiday? Why?
Going on holiday is an effective way for me to regain the energy and motivation that I lost during work days. As we know, many jobs these days are very demanding, with long working hours, especially in private companies. The pressure is high, so the best way to reduce the overload is by taking personal time off. For me, I prefer going on holiday to restart my mind before returning to work. 🌞🌊
Question 2:- Do You Prefer Travelling Alone or In a Group?
I prefer going on holiday in a group, as it has many benefits. For example, it lowers costs and makes the trip more fun and enjoyable because you can talk and joke around with each other. I remember one of my previous holidays when I went with my classmates. I suddenly became sick—something I never imagined could happen. My friends took me to the nearby hospital and made sure I was okay. I always wonder what would have happened if I was alone that day, but I still don’t have a clear answer. 👫🏥
Question 4:- Why Do People Visit Hill Stations?
The reason why people love to take off or land on a plane is similar to why they visit hill stations. I know people love to see the land from above because it makes them feel relaxed and comfortable. For example, people are willing to pay a lot of money just to see the world from a hill station, like those located in the Philippines. 🏔️✈️
Question 5:- Do Some People Have to Face Any Problems When They Visit Hill Stations?
Of course, some might face minor to moderate problems. Seeing the land from above for the first time may cause discomfort to the nervous system. I’ve seen many people collapse in hill stations, but after getting back to ground level, they feel fine again. So, I can say it’s important to be prepared for emergency situations, such as fainting. ⚠️💡
