To handle this solution, people should come forward to take a participate in various activities which will become fit, and it’s not merely the responsibility of ordinary masses but also the duty of higher authorities and government to provide various fitness camps which will make the people fit and teenagers or adolescent would be very obliged to take part in these activities. Moreover, parents should also compel children to participate rather than totally indulge them on the internet. During this drive, they will inculcate various things instead of loneliness.
