Hi Rishabh, While solving this paper, I had the same doubt. But I would urge you to read the question properly.
There are two parts to the question, a destination un-spoiled by commercialization with an ancient charm.
To quote the exact word from the question “This off-beat destination has not been spoiled by commercialization and you can still find an
      old-world charm here”.

      Explaination:
un-spoiled by commercialization – Both option D & E falls into this criteria
Find an old-world charm – Only E falls in this given criteria.
Hence the correct answer is E.

      Hope this helps!

  1. I bet 13 right answer is D , not E. It is the only place where commerce is mentioned at all. And there are no references to it in other paragraphs.
