Question 1. Do you like giving or receiving gifts?
Answer 1:- Every person likes gifts if it is in their interest. I know that in our school it is compulsory to give gifts to a birthday boy or girl and in return, he or she will give return gifts.
Answer 2:- Yes, I love to take as well as give gifts because when we exchange gifts with each other, then we enhance our relationship and people feel special when they suddenly receive a gift so similarly is with me I also love to take surprise gifts.
Question 2. What kind of gifts do you prefer?
Answer 1:- I would like to have a gift which I wanted to purchase. I have received such types of gifts from my fiancee many times. Recently, on our second anniversary, she gave me branded sports shoes which I would like to be purchased.
Answer 2:- I generally prefer dresses, footwear as well as surprise parties, so such kinds of gifts make me feel happy, and I feel over the moon whenever I receive such gifts.
Question 3. When do people give gifts or presents in your country?
Answer 1:- In my country, people give presents on many occasions, such as marriage functions, anniversary gifts, birthday gifts, congratulation gifts, and graduation gifts. Furthermore, on festival days we receive money as presents from our parents and relatives.
Answer 2:- Well there are many occasions when people give and take gifts such as at weddings, birthday parties and at some festivals. People usually interchange their gifts with others.
Question 4. Do you ever take a gift when you visit someone in their home? Why? /Why not?
Answer 1:- I do not like to take a gift when I have a visit to someone’s home as I do not want to visit their house to take gifts. Instead, I would like to visit them to discuss the old days or to enjoy our free family times.
Answer 2:- Well it is in our culture to take some gifts with oneself whenever we go to anybody’s home. It is considered a good way to enhance one’s love for others. Well, if people don’t buy any gift, then it can offend others as people expect it from others.
Question 5. When did you last receive a gift?
Answer 1:- As I have said prior, I have recently received a gift from my fiance on our second anniversary, which was last month.
Answer 2:- Well, last time I received a gift on my birthday, and it was a beautiful watch. I love to wear it because it grooms my personality. Moreover, it is in trend to wear a watch, and I received it from my parents, and I really felt happy to have it.
Question 6. Do you enjoy looking for gifts for people?
Answer 1:- I only enjoy looking for a gift if I know that person’s hobby and passion because without it gift choosing will be as per my thinking and I always want to give someone such a gift which they can use and remember me every time when they will use it.
Answer 2:- Yes, I enjoy looking for gifts for others because in this way, I get to know a variety of things that are available in the market and also get to know about different brands that people choose for their near and dear ones and I learn to do bargaining.
Question 7. Do you give expensive gifts?
Answer 1:- I only give budget gifts. Expensive gifts create greed in the receiver for his next occasion.
Answer 2:- Well, it depends on my pocket. Sometimes I give expensive gifts when my pocket allows me to spend more; otherwise, I purchase gifts that are usable for my friends because people save costly gifts carefully, and they don’t use them and keep them in a showcase.
Question 8. What kinds of gifts are popular in your country?
Answer 1:- In my country for festival days mostly we receive money in terms of gifts, and for other occasions handy mobile gadgets, watches, shoes or clothes are popular.
Answer 2:- Well there are many kinds of gifts which are very popular in my country like footwear, watches, mobile phones. So people give these gifts to their near and dear ones on special occasions, and they want to make them feel special. Sometimes they buy from shopping malls and sometimes, they buy from local markets.
