The pie chart illustrates information about the ladies’ level of achievement in their study during 1945; 1995 from their motherland. From the data, it’s clearly shown that education for women is improving in the last half-century.

In 1945, almost 70% of ladies had not crossed the third standard in which nearly half of the divas are no schooling, which needs improvement for the better growth of any country. Only 4% of girls are passing their higher secondary education where only 1% can get graduation. Surprisingly, no women can able to catch higher education in the year 1945. Almost 10% of girls achieved success for 9th standard, where 15% achieved six the standard in 1945 for one of their home countries.

After fifty years, the Women’s department’s education immensely improved, and almost half of the women succeeded in getting their first degree in their homeland. The other half achieved higher studies than the secondary school, which divided 20% for 12th standard, and Higher education at the other hand 10% get 9th standard completion.

Overall, the data concluded that the education system, particularly for the women’s department, is increasing, which needs to periodically monitor the need to take necessary action if required for any country’s growth.

Worldwide it has been agreed that professionals like nurses, doctors, and teachers who are vital warriors of society rewarded much low salary scales with a comparison of salaries like of film stars and models and the leaders of large scale company. I believed this is highly unfair & several factors need to decide by authorities or government for the wages structure of people according to their professions, which will be using full for society.

To begin with, every television star does not get a massive amount of money. Few actors get the earnings in almost more than 80% of actors and actresses getting very little payment of their work in India, which cannot survive. Other factors that the carrier of every film stars is significantly less & the amount which they will get it depends upon the type of film or serial and roles which they will get, At the same time company bosses salaries are depending upon the performance of the organization as we have seen many industries have been faced difficulties to earn profits in a pandemic situation.

They are arranging to set of criteria for people’s salaries isis a challenging task. Nowadays, performance measurement systems adopted by many sectors give rewards to people as per their qualifications and the number number of works as per their target & responsibility towards a particular organization. Still, it is a pretty challenging measurement as most of the time. Younger people can complete given tasks better than experienced people.

Overall whatever factors are used to optimize salaries, a new structure will develop. This will create pressure in other sectors.so I feel that certain critical professionals like health workers and teachers should have assessed their salaries by independent review panels periodically to be equally considered.

I have had many special dinners in my life, which I enjoyed as I am very foody. Some dinners I enjoyed because of the quality of food, some I enjoyed because of the occasion, and some I wanted because of the company. Here I would like to talk about a special dinner I have enjoyed with my colleague Jainik, Sumit & Rajan. Treat given by our friend Rajan for his marriage function last Night as we are unable to attend his marriage function. We went to Dominos Pizza & we ordered three Pizza types, One garlic bread with three pieces of Pepsi. All pizza was heavily cheese burst in medium-size & one of the farmhouse Pizza is very delicious. We have also ordered desserts which are vanilla ice cream with browny. We have lots of gossip thorough our dinner as after a long time we had good times which release our stress from work, so I enjoyed this dinner very much last Night.
