Interview: IELTS Speaking Introduction Questions With Answers

Question 1: What is your full name?

My name is Money Gupta.

Question 2: Where are you from?

I am from Punjab, India.

Question 3: Do you work or study?

As an International student here in Canada, I also work to learn more about the market. I always like to explore new jobs and have new experiences, which help me improve my skills. Currently, I am working as a cook at Maple Leaf Lounge, YUL Airport. It’s been 2 years, and I’ve been working there regularly. It is really a wonderful experience working there, as I learned multiple international cuisines.

Question 4: What do you often talk about with your new friends?

There are several things I can talk with my new friends about, like our interests, hobbies, education, plans, and more, so we can get to know each other. And sometimes it also depends on where we meet: if we are at the workplace, we can talk about our work, or if we meet somewhere outside, like at a party, we can talk about liking parties and all.

Question 5: Have you made any new friends recently?

Yes, I recently joined a French course where I met new friends from different nationalities, including me (Indian), a few Ukrainians, some Spaniards, and a few Pakistanis. We all build our connection and try to understand each other through French, which is the best part of our class.

Question 6: Did you make many friends when you were a child?

Not much, because I am an introverted kind of person. I do not like making many friends—quality over quantity. I have a few friends from my childhood, and we are still good friends. We always support each other in any situation in our lives.

Question 7: Do you like making Friends?

Yes, I enjoy making friends. It’s great to meet people from different backgrounds and learn from their perspectives. It helps me expand my knowledge and understanding of the world.
