Keys: IELTS Speaking Introduction Questions With Answers

Question 1:- Do you always bring a lot of keys with you?

I don’t really like walking with luggage. In particular, keys are making a lot of noise when there are many. Therefore, walking with a lot of keys is too stressful.

Question 2:- Have you ever lost your keys?

I never lost my keys because I always put them in my backpack when I went out. Sometimes, I keep them in a particular place around my home to avoid losing them.

Question 3:- Do you often forget the keys and lock yourself out?

It has happened once since I was burned that I forgot my keys and locked myself out. It was a very stressful expérience of my life. But fortunately, I do think about using a magnet to send it through the window, well attached to a câble, and allow it to move in different areas of the room. I will never forget that day. I regret not even leaving my Key with my neighbour when I go out.

Question 4:- Do you think it’s a good idea to leave your keys with a neighbour?

Honestly, it depends on how well you know your neighbour 🤝. If you’ve built a good level of trust and have known them for a long time, then yes — it’s actually reasonably practical. In India, many people do this when they go on vacations or long trips, especially in close-knit societies. But if your neighbours are new or you don’t interact much, it’s better to give your keys to a close friend or relative instead 🔑🙂.

Question 5:- What do you think are the most common uses for keys?

Sometimes, it is better to leave keys with a neighbour if you have good trust in him, as you may want to go where you will be for several activities, which may result in the loss of the key. In that case, it will bé better to leave the Key home with a neighbour to avoid losses. For instance, sometimes you may leave your keys with your neighbour, which could give him access to everything in your home. In general, leaving keys at home with a neighbour depends on both the trust one has in their neighbour and the type of event one is attending.

Question 6:- How important are keys in our daily lives?

Keys are essential for us. We cannot leave our home without closing our doors. Therefore, keys are necessary because they help secure our house while we are out.

Question 7:- Are there any symbolic meanings associated with keys in your culture or society?

To date, there is no symbolic meaning associated with keys in our culture within my knowledge. For instance, there may be particular meanings in other cultures that are unfamiliar to me.

Question 8:- Have you ever had to duplicate or make extra copies of your keys?

I have always made duplicates of keys. As I’m not alone at home, duplicata served other members of the family with their own keys, so they’re free to come and go from the house without any stress.
