It is argued by several physicians that masses in this modern era do not do workouts. The reasons behind this argument are their hectic schedule, lack of recreational facilities in a town or a city. A few hours time-off, sparing some time for leisure facilities can help them out of this predicament.
First off, a hectic schedule is a predominant reason for making people indolent. To elaborate, individuals work round the clock, and they do not have time for relaxation or doing a few exercises. Moreover, they find it hard to get up early in the morning due to working late hours. So they get ready in the nick of time and avoid doing some exercises. For instance, the majority of the cases can be found among employees who have been working in MNCs. Lack of time becomes a great hindrance in their way of making themselves hale and hearty. Moreover, some individuals do not do exercise because there is no leisure park available in the vicinity of their area. So, they do not struggle to go outside even for a gentle walk in the morning as well as in the evening. Besides, they live in flats. Although some space is there for strolling or walking; but, due to congestion, they avoid doing it.
Furthermore, every dark cloud has a silver lining. Similarly, this problem has many solutions. The first and foremost way is to take time off. Obviously, personnel are human beings, and they are not machines. So, entrepreneurs can assist them by giving a few hours break during normal office hours. Then, staff can make their roasters for doing some exercises. Providing exercise equipment in the office in the restroom can help them stay fit. In addition, local authorities can provide some space for parks or gardens, where masses can visit. Even a gentle walk can make the people energetic, and they will be able to rejuvenate themselves. This thing will encourage them to visit these places again and again. To exemplify it, when people visit these places such as gardens or parks, they meet other people, and they see them hale and hearty, so this thing has an everlasting effect on their mind and body. Gradually, they will join them and do some sort of exercise. Thus they will be able to acquire a good physique along with a healthy mind.
