Nowadays movies and computer games containing violence are very popular. Some people believe that they have a negative effect on kids and should be banned, others, however, believe that it is harmless entertainment.

We are living in a modern era where technology has spread its legs into every nook and corner. With the advancement of technology, computer games are changing the behavior of juveniles. One camp of society believes that computer games put bad influence on children and these ought to be prohibited. But on the other side, another camp of society thinks that computer games are a source of entertainment. According to my point of view, computer or video games are built for relaxation as well as entertaining purposes but these should be allowed for kids to some extent. Before forming my opinion I will discuss both viewpoints properly in the following paragraphs of this essay.
On the first hand, according to several human beings, computer games and films are pornographic as well as violent sceneries which impact the whole society, especially children. Because movies and computer games which contain violent have affected the physiology and psychology of a person. As a result of it, juvenile’s behavior becomes more promiscuous and this thing is responsible for the cruelty in the kids. That’s why the crime rate increases and it is a great burden on society to deal with criminals.
On the other hand, a segment of individuals believes that video games and cinemas are detrimental to modern society. Because in the technological era of the present time, manpower uses it for the purpose of enjoyment and pleasure. Movies and video games work as a stress-buster for humans and they feel more untroubled when they get to indulge in such things. Moreover, computer games incline to help offsprings in order to shape their style in a genuine way. By playing computer games, they become attentive to their academics and intelligence.
In my opinion, computer games and documentaries have made to entertain people because such things give them some relaxation and peace. After a hectic schedule of the whole day, it works as a stress-reliever for them. But violent video games should be allowed to kids in a fixed limit. Because violent scenes in games and videos can produce misbehavior in children and attract them toward offense. It drops the quality of patience and tolerance in kids.
To conclude, every coin has two sides. It is quite evident that video games and cinemas entertain masses but these become causes of evil, mental disorder, and misconduct not only for offsprings but also for the entire society. I suggest that computer games ought to be allowed to children in a limit by parents.
