Play music was the last but one element used by mobile phone users, which accounted for 12%, 18%, and 26% in 2006, 2008, and 2010, respectively. Finally, Record video was the last component that mobile phone owners depended on, which increased over time. In 2006, there was no data captured about its usage; nevertheless, 9% was recorded in 2008 and 35% in 2010.

Once smartphones were introduced, maybe after 2008, the usage for internet searches soared to 73 when in 2006, there was no data available, and in 2008 it was just 41. Playing recorded video also multiplied from no data in 2006 to 35 in 2010. It might be due to the quality of the graphical videos.
Considering playing music on phones did rise in this tenure, whereas playing games with advanced phones also surpassed.
Although later phones had advanced technology for taking pictures, the figures have only jumped by ten digits. The drastic change is seen in relation to the use of the internet; the rest of the other features have moreover remained the same or marginally increased.
