Sample Answer of You Have Just Read a Newspaper Article With Incorrect Information

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to let you know that the information in the article of your leading newspaper ‘The Tribune‘ about ‘Raj Hotel’ is inaccurate.

To be honest, being a voracious reader, the misinformation about the shifting of the hotel to some other place as well as halting home deliveries created resentment in the hearts of people. This hotel has earned a name and bring honor to our locality so that such information would put its honor at stake.

I would like to make it clear that the above-mentioned information is not authentic. It has not been moved, but the plans to renovate it are made. The service of delivering food door to door has been closed for a week. Instead, now people can do demand non-vegetarian food.

Would you be kind enough to republish the truth about the hotel its prominent place in the top ten hotels as well as a valuable customer? Due to its incredible fame, now its branches are being opened in other states. So, it would be great to bring the truth to the people.

Looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours Faithfully,
