Ans 1: Well, There are ample things I like to do for relaxation. Usually, I love to listen to music to rejuvenate my mind. Sometimes I like to spend time with my family and friends.

Ans 2: My relaxation spot is talking to my mom. She is my best friend, my mother and my best guidance. Whenever I feel uncomfortable or need some time to relax, she is my go-to. Nothing is more comforting than hearing her voice.

Question 2: Do you think doing sports is a good way to relax?

Ans 1: Definitely Yes! a sportsman always stay calm and motivate. Some people spend like to play sports when they feel anxious.

Ans 2: Yes, I think exercising is a good way to relax. It all depends on an individuals mindset and what helps to relax. This cools the mind of an individual, as well as exercising is good for the body. So it’s a win-win situation.

Question 3: Do you think vacation is a good time to relax?

Ans 1: Yes, people get enough time to rejuvenate their mind. Some people make a plan to go outside from their city or state to get explore more.

Ans 2: Yes, vacation is another relaxing point. A break from a busy schedule and routine for few days is always good as it refreshes the mind, and one can get back to routine with a more happy vibe.

Question 4: Do you think studnets need more relaxing time?

Ans 1: Yes! As students have a lot of pressure to get higher scores in the exam, they have to study hard. To concentrate on their studies, they need to relax the mind. How deep they would feel calm, that much deep they can focus on their studies.

Ans 2: Yes, I completely agree that students need more relaxing time as the pandemic has made them sit in front of the computers for long hours, and their eyes and posture is suffering. It’s been all the more difficult for them to learn through this new concept. Indeed it is more important for them to relax to cope up.
