Question 1: What snacks do you like to eat?

Answer:- I like to munch on healthy snacks like a protein bar or digestive cookies because it keeps me full for a longer time, thus, reducing my hunger pangs.

Answer:- Well, I love to eat different kinds of snacks, but only snacks that don’t contain very much oil and are good for my health because I am a fitness freak. If I eat oily snacks, it affects my body because I train my body every day.

Question 2: Did you often eat snacks when you were young?

Answer:- Yes, of course, I mostly had snacks at home, but I ate lots of puffcorn and potato chips; back then, I loved eating these though it’s not very healthy options.

Answer:- Not very often because my parents restricted me from snacking every day because it’s not so good for my health, and some snacks, like chocolates, are not good for my teeth, so I only ate snacks twice a month when I was a child.

Question 3: When do you usually eat snacks now?

Answer:- I eat light snacks once a day in the early evening, and sometimes, when I am travelling long distances, I tend to have homemade snacks packed for the trip.

Answer:- I usually eat snacks on weekends because I am at home and have only free time on weekends, as well as sometimes when I go for travel or tourism. I prefer snacks because they are simple to make, like Maggie noodles.

Question 4: Do you think it is healthy for you to eat snacks?

Answer:- I believe it depends on the options you have for snacks; for example, healthy protein snacks are good and keep you full, and also do not cause any harm, whereas if you keep having fried options in snacks, it can lead to health issues like fat building, cholesterol, etc. in the long run.

Answer:- No, definitely no, because, as I said before, snakes contain oil that is not good for health, and oil makes the body’s cholesterol high, especially in bodybuilders who can’t eat healthy snacks because they are restricted from eating oily products.

Question 5: What kinds of snacks do you usually eat during the day?

Answer:- As I mentioned earlier, protein bars are one of my prime snacks, and I carry them with me while commuting to work. Also, fruit, cookies, and Greek yoghurts are my favourite options, and I never get bored of having them every day.

Answer:- As I mentioned before, I don’t eat too many snacks because they contain oil that can harm our health, and I eat different kinds of snacks that can be good for our health, such as noodle soup, which is only made from high-quality ingredients, and chips that are not very oily.

Question 6: Are there any traditional snacks from your country that you like?

Answer:- Yes, there are many traditional snacks, and they are called Puris, Chaklis, chivda, etc. These are homemade snacks usually prepared during festivities, as we love to serve these to our guests visiting us.

Answer:- I can’t say that it’s traditional, but we have one snake that we eat after a meal. It is a Modak. It is famous for our god Ganesh, who loved to eat more Modak, and people all over India love to eat Muddak because it’s very sweet.

Question 7: How often do you have snacks between meals? Is it a regular habit for you?

Answer:- I do not snack in between meals as it would impact my daily diet routine, which I follow. I am happy it’s not a habit, and I do not wish to make it one. I believe one light snack a day is going well for me. Also, it’s quite subjective, as some people need food or snacks regularly.

Answer:- No, I never eat snacks between meals because I have a perfect diet plan for my body, and I only eat snacks at breakfast sometimes. It is not my regular habit to eat snacks between meals, but I love to eat snacks on some off days.

Question 8: Are there any snacks that you used to enjoy as a child but don’t like anymore?

Answer:- Yes, I used to love Maggi, and I ate it almost every single day, but I do not enjoy it anymore as it is an instant noodle which is a processed product. I think the real meal is a real deal and far better than a processed product.

Answer:- Yes, there are many snacks that I used to eat when I was a child, but nowadays I can’t eat them, such as chocolate, because it contains too much sugar, which increases obesity in the body, And sometimes it leads to a diabetes problem.
