Some People Believe Women Are Better Leaders than Men. To What Extent Do You Agree or Disagree with This Statement?

Admittedly, people have divergent views on whether women have better leadership qualities than men. Some are fascinated by the idea that men are better than women in any way. However, I am inclined to argue that Leadership does not depend on gender; it depends on a person’s quality and ability.

An imperative perspective in favour of the fact that women nowadays participate equally in household and financial matters. They have equal ability to run their family. For example, Kalpana Chawla was the first lady to go to space, which makes her country proud. Another example is that numerous nations, like the United States and Germany, are eliminating gender inequality.

On the other hand, Men have more ability than women to achieve their goals, which is beneficial for their organization as well. For instance, most women take a break for a long time after pregnancy, which reduces their promotion opportunities, whereas men never need to deal with this challenge. Moreover, according to the survey, over 90% of companies ‘ CEOs are men. To illustrate, in most of the renowned hotels, men are better cooks than women worldwide.

In my analysis, even though women are doing better in their professional lives nowadays. But in my view, Leadership does not depend on gender. It depends on a person’s quality. So, all genders are equally capable of doing anything.
