Researchers and scientists aim for a more comfortable and easier life for human beings, and that is only possible if human beings adopt new technology, which means accepting the change and acquiring knowledge; for example, In the banking system, if the government had not spent money on digital technology, which is working around the clock, still the bankers should have been using notebooks and pens.
On the contrary, many people argue that change brings problems and disturbs the system. It generally seems that older adults don’t want to let go of old habits. They fear stepping out of the window and adopting novelty, which might lead them to embrace new opportunities. Moreover, they believe that Routine provides a sense of control and reduces the anxiety that can accompany change.
