Sample 1:-Some People Think that Cities Are the Best Places to Live

In this competitive era, many individuals prefer to live in urban areas because they have the mindset that it is the best place to live. This  provides facilities and better opportunities. While others think that the best place for humans to live is in a rural area, This is because there is a very calm environment and there is no pollution. I think both have their own pros and cons, and I will give some brief explanations in the next paragraph.

To begin with, today’s individuals want to have an apartment or rent a house in metropolitan areas because, in cities, services such as transportation, supermarkets, roads, and many other facilities are better and more accurate. Moreover, many parents want to give their children a better education and environment, which are only available in urban areas. For instance, most rural areas do not have colleges or transportation facilities like buses, trains, or private cabs. So individuals migrate from village areas to cities. However, sometimes this leads to overpopulation in cities, and this affects the environment through pollution from people’s waste. Area demand will increase as the population grows, resulting in deforestation.

On the other hand, some people would rather live in rural areas than in noisy places like metropolises. This is mainly because some individuals who are retired prefer to live in a silent and non-polluting environment. In addition, with a clean environment, individuals can live a better and healthier lifestyle without any facilities. For example, according to WHO report, people who live in fresh region live longer than those who live in polluted zone.

In conclusion, in my view, there are many benefits to living in urban areas .Like transportation and other facilities. But this sometimes leads to overpopulation and deforestation. So, in spite of living in a noisy and polluted area, live in a calm and serene area like a village.

Sample 2:-Some People Think that Cities Are the Best Places to Live

Nowadays, large cities are becoming busier. A great part of the population prefers living in a big town because of the great advantages it has compared to living in the countryside. However, what are the benefits of this situation, and what are the disadvantages? In this essay, I will explore the pros and cons of living in a large city and try to draw some conclusions.

First, there is a large number of big shops located in the City which gives easy access to everybody to support their daily and extra things. For example, stores like supermarkets, banks, and clothing stores are available everywhere, so you don’t have to go to the City center.

On the other hand, traffic could be one of the major disadvantages of living in a big city. Many people take the car every day, and it has also been proved that many families have around two cars. This means that you have to deal with rush-hour traffic on your way to work and on your way back. In addition, in a big town, there is consequently a lot of pollution, and this can really affect people’s health.

Finally, it is a fact that living in a city has a lot of advantages, but it is important to remember to compare before deciding where you could feel better living.
