Sample Answer: Talk About a Famous Person Who Has a Significant Influence on Younger People
There are a lot of popular influencers on my side. Still, the Tanzanian national team captain, Mbwana Samatta, a.k.a captain Diego, a former Aston Villa centre forward who currently plays with Paok in Greece, is our number one influencer in my country, especially in the younger generation, due to their ambition, hard work, and desire for his career as a footballer.
The contribution he made to the national team jersey in the Africa Cup last year. Decein members made younger people love and want to help the country variously at the same level or above as he did as a footballer.
Furthermore, without mentioning his all-time contribution to the Tanzanian sports industry, he built a sports centre where younger people can practice their sports for free. Generally, Captain Diego’s achievements have positively impacted our daily life in my country, as we now believe that if you give your time to something, you will end up with it on your side.

Part 3 Questions: Talk About a Famous Person Who Has a Significant Influence on Younger People
Question 1: Have you ever discussed this famous person with your friends?
We sometimes travel on public transport with strangers. Still, we mostly talk with my friends about Captain Diego’s football journey since he plays with Simba Sports Club ( a local football team in Tanzania), where he dedicates his life to his career. According to his story, the younger generation believes everything is possible on Planet Earth, as our brother Captain Diego did in Marcelo’s way. Why us? We believe we can achieve anything if we believe in ourselves.
Question 2: Generally, do you believe celebrities significantly influence society?
Not all celebrities have a negligible influence on society due to their lifestyle, like a famous sex movie star in the USA. Despite her celebrity, she influenced no one in my country as her career path was 100 % wrong according to our culture. However, I believe there are still celebrities out there who influence people in a big way, like Lionel Messi, a World Cup champion with Argentina and the best player in the world; he has a significant influence on the younger people, not only in my society but also across the world.
Question 3: What positive impacts can celebrities have on society?
Celebrities can have a high chance of making society better, worse, or even worse than we could imagine, as people, especially the younger generation, tend to follow in the footsteps of those celebrities in many aspects. For example, in Africa, Pepsi became the number one favourite drink because people had seen Lionel Messi drinking Pepsi. So, a vast group of people started to love Pepsi because it was Messi’s favourite drink.
Question 4: What negative impacts can celebrities have on society?
Obvious that the community uses celebrities to bring positive changes in society, and it is also the same way; somehow, it can come with negative changes, as everything has negative and positive effects. For example, in my country, Captain Diego, despite being a favourite influencer, also on the other hand, he brought the behaviour of the younger generation to drop out of school and college. He put all their time into their football career, so in the coming years, they will face a shortage of specialists in different sectors in Tanzania as younger people believe nothing in education because they have seen a lot of university graduates struggling with life, but Samanta, with no education, is living a marvellous life.
I remember that during the 90s, the late Michael Jackson organised the consent process to help people in Haiti because of their poor living standards. That day, they sang the song “We Are the World.” It was a special song for the people of Haiti, so I believe celebrities can make social changes. As far as I can recall, after that song, Haiti went on to live peacefully like other normal countries, like Tanzania, my country.
Question 6: Should celebrities be held to higher moral and ethical standards than the general public?
I don’t so, due to all of these are required to be held by all people including celebrities and regular residents to get the best society as it will have a positive impact on the younger generation they will adopt a good way of life their elders lived as we know younger people always followed the footsteps of those came before them so by holding higher moral and ethical standards in the society regardless their superficial status it essential for all people.
