Actually it was about a couple of month ago and I had to attend my brother marriage and due to household chores and a lot of workload, I was unable to go to the stores personally and to do shopping for me so I decided to buy a dress from the well-known or we can say a reputation online platform Amazon, I ordered a red color dress with the flowers and some unique embroidery on it.

I was very happy about my online purchase, but when I received it and opened the box, I was totally dissatisfied with the product as a dress was torned from one side and it was not the same I’ve ordered actually I ordered a red, but I received pink so I immediately complained about the product to the company manager through the email and firstly, he felt sorry, and next day, a delivery person from that company came and collected the dress from me and after a week0.

I received my original dress in red, and whatever I ordered in the same. Moreover, I received a beautiful sympathy card with it, along with a unique, matching accessory for the dress. I know, firstly, I was not happy with my purchase, but when I received my original dress, for which I was eagerly waiting.

I was over the moon, and I immediately tried on my dress and took some pictures in it. I really enjoyed my brother’s wedding in that dress, and everyone started praising me for that.
