Sample Answer: Talk About a Thing You Complained About Something
We all have times when we want to express our dissatisfaction. I recently faced a problem and decided to take action by complaining about the product to the company.
Two months ago, I bought a new phone from Best Buy. It had been a few days since I last used it when I noticed it was getting hung up after 2 hours and getting really hot, which was really disappointing. As I discussed with Best Buy, they did not listen to my problem, so I decided to express it to the company.
Then, I wrote an email to the company. Within a few minutes, I received a confirmation email from the company stating they would respond within 48 hours. But after two hours, they called me to learn more about the phone’s condition, and I thoroughly explained all the issues with the phone.
They said they are sending their worker from the technical department. He will give you a decision, and the next day, when the person came to me and saw the phone, he said it had a technical issue.
As promised, they are ready to replace my phone with a new one, and if I want to upgrade, I can do so as well. He explained all the features of the upper model to me, and he also told me I do not need to pay anything because of the harassment I face due to this phone.
They are giving me the upper model of the phone as a token of apology. So I got my new upgraded phone instead of my old one, and the service was speedy. I really appreciate the service I received after raising my complaint.
