Sample Answer: The Diagram Below Shows One Way of Manufacturing Ceramic Pots
The diagram illustrates the procedures for making ceramic pots. Overall, manufacturing ceramic pots involves many steps.
First, the excavator collects raw materials from the land and loads them onto a truck, which delivers them to the factory where ceramic pots are made.
Secondly, we can see in the picture that raw materials are being sent to machines that crush them into small pieces. Moreover, the crushed pieces are mixed with liquid from a faucet, and a pipe under the machine transfers the mixture to a mould.
Once the moulds are filled with the mixture, they need to wait 4 to 6 hours for them to dry. The next step is to open the mould in two parts when the clay pots are set, then put the assembled clay pots in the oven at 1000 degrees Celsius.
However, once the clay pots are out of the oven, we can paint them brown, put them in the oven, and use the colour-firing method. Lastly, we take out the pots, and the entire manufacturing process for ceramic pots is complete.
