The elderly people of over fifty years of age should be retired and be replaced by youngsters. do you agree or disagree with this statement?

In this modern era, everyone wants a secure job to earn money because they act upon the saying”money makes the mare go”. although, old people need job satisfaction but youth also eager to secure their place. money is the basic necessity of every person he is younger or older. all need money to make their livelihood. I disagree with the statement that people of old age should be replaced by youngsters.this will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs.
One of the most obvious reason is that old people need money to secure their old age life. for instance, in today’s life, it is usually seen that children do not bother about their parents not only economically but financially also. the other reason is that some aged persons want to maintain their status as such as in young age. they do not want to depend on others for their needs.
The other reason behind this is that aged workers who retire early in their life become stressed. they feel loneliness because they have to keep stay at home all the time. for example, persons who have worked for 25 to 30 years and after they at once got retirement becomes burdened. whether the youth is the wealth of the nation and they do need jobs but it does not mean that elderly people could be replaced by them.
In conclusion, instead of replacing old individuals with young one, the government should provide more job opportunities and this would be beneficial for both of them.
