In contemporary days, competitive educational system and burden on students as well as, masses have a busy schedule and, they do not have free time for family and friends with it, they have under pressure to studies. I will give some point related to this statement.

To begin with, parents are the main reason for this problem because all parents expect their child to get the best grades and come first or second in final exams. So, children spend a lot of time on studies and they do not outdoor activities. For example, parents invest a lot of money on their children for a good future due to this, parents forget the choice and dreams of their kids. Moreover, expectations affect adversely on young people’s mind. too much pressure the study cause many mental problems in young folks like as, nervousness, lack of self-confidence and which is, in turn, affect their physical and mental health.

On the other hand side, the educational system should change as well as, the teacher should give homework in limit because children’s growth is very important. for example, schools provide physical education subject and, organize different sports event of young people because of these types of event very beneficial for the mental and physical state. Furthermore, parents also properly known about interest, like and dislike of their muppets. If children feel stressed then, parents should support and do help their kids in blunt condition.

In conclusion, authorities put some steps related to this problem because children are the future of the nation and, the study is important but, outdoor activities are also necessary for good health.
