I see myself a regular customer to your website, and I am writing this letter to inform you that this time the service was very unsatisfactory where I have ordered an item, and they failed to deliver me within a given period of time. The order number was 987456.
I have ordered a pair of shoes of a puma, which was white in color having the size of UK 7, and the payment was made online.
A coming week that is on the 23rd of December it’s my brother’s birthday, and I was to gift him a pair of shoes and to keep the data on hand I have ordered it on the 15th where it shows that the estimated time to deliver was on 21st of December but being today 22nd, I have not received my order yet and not even a single call from your side which made really disappointed.
As I do not want my brother to get upset because I have told him that there will be a surprise on his birthday. I will get him from a local shop, and regarding my order, please cancel my order and refund my money within 24 hours.
