Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter regarding my jacket which I accidentally left in your cinema hall where I paid for my family yesterday, on 11.08.201.
It is a yellow jacket of a renowned brand “Louis Vuitton” with zippers on each side. The jacket is in excellent condition because I wore it for the first time yesterday. I got it as a present from my mother on the occasion of my birthday last week; hence it holds an emotional value to me.
I visited the movie theatre yesterday to watch the evening show of the movie “Jai Hind” from 7 pm -10 pm. I have reserved 4 seats in advance for this show with seat numbers from A10-A14 which is at the top row of the hall and therefore convenient to find.
I would really appreciate it if you could check with your staff if they found any jacket with the above-mentioned specifications while cleaning the room post-show. Kindly send me the confirmation on my email [email protected], and I will come and collect the same from the venue.
