Dear Sam,
Hi! How are you ?? I hope all is good there. I am writing this letter to inform you that I am coming to your town for my office work.
I am glad to inform you that I am working here in one of the finest institutes in my city. It provides education to all the streams of the college. It means they commence engineering, science, commerce and art as well. I used to take care of the interior part of the college as I have done interior designing. I have been working here for three years since I left my previous job. I am very happy working here. And I am proudly telling you that I am shifting to your town for looking after the new building we are making. We are establishing our new venture there. I am about to stay around 5/6 months there.
My head had made all the arrangements for my stay over there. They have booked one of the hotels. And they also booked a cab for me.
