Dear Mark,
I am writing this letter regards to, complaining about the hot water system in our accommodation in Park view apartment, North street. My name is Anish, and we are the Postgraduate literature students of Presidency College. Along with a couple of students, we are living in a No.2 flat in Park view.
As you may be aware, there has been an appalling situation in our flat for the last couple of days. The hot water unit is not properly working, and as a student, it has reflected in our daily life dramatical was. We are not able to wash or bath before schooling and not able to drink hot water. Furthermore, now it is time for the season change, and in the winter season, this problem will affect us in dreadful ways.
The workmen had strived to fix the issues, but he was not succeeded in it. In addition, he had insisted that the entire system was out of date, and it took more than weeks to fix the problems.so, I kindly request you, please input a brand-new system for us. I think it will be the better alternative to solve the issue.
