Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter with regards to leave plan during my course at a college.
I am pursuing a computer engineering course in your college, and it is six months long. I started it on 1st January 2023, and it is continuous up to term end without any leave on the weekdays. My student ID number is ABC123, and my lecture time is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
I want to apply for the week off. This is because I have to attend my brother’s marriage function this coming Monday and he said that I should be there at any cost.
I want to request you to please approve my leave, and also I will recover that day’s lecture from my friends. If you want me to cover lectures in my extra time, then that is also fine for me.
