You Attended a Meeting Last Week but Were Unhappy with The Hotel You Stayed In. Write a Letter to The Organizer Who Booked the Hotel for You. in Your Letter, You Should Tell:-

  • What the Problems Were?
  • What Didn’t You Like About the Hotel?
  • What Do You Want the Organiser to Do?

Dear Mr Henderson,

I am writing to let you know about my dissatisfaction with the accommodation arranged for me during the sales conference in Manchester last week. While the meeting itself was productive, the hotel experience fell far below expectations.

There were several significant issues with the hotel. Upon arrival, I found that the room was not thoroughly cleaned; there was dust on the furniture, and the bed linen appeared stale. Furthermore, the room’s heating system was malfunctioning. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk immediately, it was not resolved for the duration of my two-night stay, leaving the room uncomfortably cold.

My primary grievance, however, was the noise level. The hotel is situated directly above a busy nightclub. The loud music continued until 3:00 AM on both nights, making it impossible for me to get adequate rest. As a result, I was exhausted during the conference, which negatively impacted my ability to participate effectively in the workshops.

I would appreciate it if you could lodge a formal complaint with the hotel management on my behalf. Also, for next year’s conference, I suggest you book accommodation in a quieter location so attendees can rest properly.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

Yours sincerely,
