You Have Lost Something on A Bus and Called Customer Service to Get Help (1)

You have lost something on a bus and called customer service to get help. You weren’t happy with their response. Write a letter to the bus company manager. In your letter, you should:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express my concern over the lost item on your bus. I did not get an adequate response after making many requests to customer service.

Let me inform you that I lost my black leather bag which had written the brand name ‘Reebok’ on its front. In addition, in its side pocket, I had kept my water bottle. The bag contained insurance papers, my driving licence and a mini-tablet.

Furthermore, I tried to ask customer service about my lost property, but I could not get a satisfactory result. They showed no interest in asking me any questions about the whereabouts of the bag. Many times, they did not pick up my phone call and sometimes I was put off if I tried to ask about my lost item.

I would like you to look into the matter. It would be great to ask from bus conductor about the bag. I have a ticket for that day, which I can send you. I had put my bag on the upper berth of seat number 702. I have badly need of my bag. If this issue remains unresolved, I would have no other option but to make a police report. I hope to maintain the trust of the cuff commuters, and you will make it right.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours Faithfully,
