You Have Recently Attended a Job Interview Which Went Well, but You Are Still Waiting for The Decision

You have recently attended a job interview which went well, but you are still waiting for the decision. Write a letter to HR manager of the company and say

  • Give details of the job.
  • Why do you think the interview went well?
  • Why do you need to know the result?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my curiosity regarding the job interview which was conducted recently. Although it remained satisfactory, the decision has not been made, and I am eagerly waiting for it.

Let me inform you that I have been invited for the receptionist position in your organization. For the half-yearly, it was ADHOC based. Afterwards, it can be turned into a regular job by seeing the employee’s performance. The candidate needs to be fluent, good looking in appearance.

To my mind, it went well. I maintained fluency and clarity during the group discussion. As I had prior experience in a telecom company, I was confident enough to speak at length about customer-employee relationships. So all the interviewers in the group discussion appreciated my responses.

Furthermore, it would be so kind of you if you could tell me the interview result. I appeared in many interviews and got the appointment letter immediately. It had notified me to join them as soon as possible. However, I am incredibly interested in your company as it is in the vicinity of my town and late evening shifts would not be a great trouble for me. Would you be kind enough to supply me with this essential information to save me time?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
