To introduce myself, I, Alok Singh, am a regular customer of your online store, and I usually prefer to purchase most of the electronic items from your shop only. Last week, I bought a telephone with an answering machine pre-installed in it from your online e-commerce application.
At the time of purchasing, I had gone through all the information about the functioning of the telephone and answering machine displayed on the website. However, the received product does not resonate with the functionalities mentioned on the website. Instead of listing all the caller’s messages, the answering machine only shows the latest call from the list.
Due to this flaw, I have missed many crucial messages from my family members and acquaintances. Therefore, I would be grateful if any of your staff could rectify this issue or if it is irreparable, please replace it with another one as the same is stated in the guarantee policy.
