Dear Mr. Andrews,
I was on the boat cruise you organized two weeks ago when I was on vacation with my family at your resort in Italy. I wasn’t pleased with my experience on the cruise. The first thing I observed when we boarded the boat was that it was untidy and unkempt. I believe it was not cleaned before we went on board. Also, the boat was too crowded, and it did not allow for ease of movement to enjoy the scenery during the cruise. In addition, the flier we were given showed we would be given costumes while on board, but to my dismay, we were told they were left ashore.
I was not happy with what happened since I had high expectations about the cruise. I had anticipated the cruise would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but I was disappointed. We couldn’t take good pictures because of the crowd on board and the dirty boat and the whole place was noisy too. I was upset and angry.
I am writing you so that you are aware of what happened and the low-quality service that was provided during the cruise. Also I would like to suggest that after every cruise, the boat should be cleaned and washed.
