You Need a Book and You Can’t Find It in The Library

You need a book, and you can’t find it in the library. Write a letter to a bookshop manager. In your letter, you should:

  • · describe the book.
  • · say why need it?
  • · say how you will pay for it?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to enquire about a book that I need badly. Unfortunately, it cannot be seen on the shelves of the library. Therefore, let me know how I can get it?

Let me inform you that it is the Libran anthology, written by Elizabeth Randell. This is a collection of the three volumes of poetry. The mode of communication is English. Basically, it is from the scales of justice that these poems emanate. This book is selling like hotcakes and is the choice of every youngster.

Furthermore, I need it for my research work. As I have been writing a biography of Elizabeth Randall, so this being one of many books of her, has not been read by me. I would like to know the style of depicting romance and Ideals that this writer is famous for. Besides, I have been teaching literature to students. Therefore, it is a coursebook as well.

I would like to know the mode of making payments for purchasing books. Should I need to pay via Paytm or Google pay? If I need to visit in person, can I pay in cash? How much discount can I get if I purchase more than one book? Would you be kind enough to provide me above-mentioned information?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
