I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made from your online store. I ordered a new Samsung Galaxy S21 (Order ID: XYZ12345) on October 10th, but unfortunately, it arrived with a cracked screen and an unresponsive power button.
Despite the secure packaging, I believe the damage may have occurred during transit. I kindly request a replacement for the defective phone or a full refund, as the product is currently unusable. Additionally, please advise on the procedure for returning the damaged item to your warehouse.
