You recently had your computer fixed at a local computer store; however, you are not pleased with the service you received. Write a letter to the store manager. In the letter:

Dear Mr Roy,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your store.
Last week, I had my desktop repaired from your computer Store. When it was your place, I found no difficulty in operating it comfortably. However, it would not have started when the Computer was taken back home. The screen was blank, and even the operating system was not working properly. I tried hard, but all my efforts came in vain.
Unfortunately, I had missed an important meeting due to the non-operation of the Computer. I am extremely about this repair as your service providers had already taken four days to repair the malfunction of the operating system and also the monitor which I found still in non-working condition.
It was a frustrating experience. Being a. Manager of the store, I would like you to kindly fix the problem or refund the service charges I have already paid to you.
