Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding the quality of services offered by Teclaire Hôtel under your direction.

I stayed at the Teclaire Hôtel Palace last week for my business trip. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I regret to tell you that the quality of service is inferior. What makes me feel very uncomfortable is the network connection.

Because of the issue, I couldn’t access my emails or even make simple calls. That makes me miss all of my rendez-vous I suppose to handle while béing there.

Please, Sir, to gain many more customers, you should solve the next work problem by changing the supplier. Instead of Orange, you can try MTN or even Camtel.
