Your Child Is Going on A Week-Long Trip to Another Country. The School Authority Is Looking for Some Parents Who Can Join the Journey. You Are Interested in Going with The Children. Write a Letter to The School’s Head. In your Letter,

  • Say Why You Want to Join the Team.
  • Mention What You Can Do to Assist.
  • Also, Ask Questions Related to The Trip.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am the father of one of your students, called Sam Watson. I am writing to let you know that I am interested in joining this trip, since the school is looking for someone to accompany the tour.

I want to join this journey because I will have the chance to visit Germany, which is rare to see. And, I will get more time to spend with my son, too, as I am always busy with my work.

Moreover, joining this itinerary with school is beneficial for them, as I know German, which makes it easy to communicate with locals. On top of that, I can break the boredom with students while entertaining them with different games and quizzes.

But, before joining you, I would like to ask a few questions. How many total students are going on this trip? In case of an emergency, whom should I contact while travelling?

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Your faithfully,
