Question 1:- Tell me about your school as a child.

I studied at Shisong Catholic primary school, which the Capuchin friar priest and aLaL-shaped structure own. This school had classes one to seven and was about 50 meters from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Question 2:- What was your favourite subject?

My favourite subject was mathematics as the teacher was so funny and even tried to teach in the dialect to facilitate understanding when he noticed pupils did not understand the concept.

Question 3:- Who was your favourite teacher?

My preferred teacher was Mr Christopher, the mathematics teacher.

Question 4:- Were you a good student?

In a nutshell, I was a good pupil as I was among the first three during the examination and was equally a class delegate, which was given to outstanding students then.

Question 5:- Where did you live as a child?

I grew up in the northwest region of Cameroon, specifically in Shisong, in the Kumbo Bui division.

Question 6:- Do you have the same friends as you did in childhood?

I have had a great change in my circle of friends because I now work in a different environment with people from other parts of the country. Back then, there were no contacts we could keep; however, I still retained a few friends from childhood so that we could exchange contacts after a long time.

Question 7:- What did you do with your friends?

We usually go fetching firewood, which permits us to work under pea trees in search of fallen ones.

Question 8:- What did you do during the summer holidays?

We took hold and hid them to come and check after a few days, which was fun during summer break. It’s always a harvesting season, so the commonest activity was harvesting at the farm with my parents.

Question 9:- What was your favourite toy as a child?

Growing up in the village limited my ability to come into contact with modern toys. Nonetheless, we usually had bamboo-made cars, which was so lovely as I was carrying a school bag and a flask of food to school in this wooden car while there was an extension that permitted you to drive.

Question 10:- Tell me about a birthday you remember from childhood.

The most remarkable birthday was that Edwin, as his parents, always shared biscuits with every child in the neighbourhood, which made us always enjoy it as few parents could afford such.
