Your Office Building Doesn’t Have Parking Available

Your office building doesn’t have parking available. Write a letter to the manager. In your letter:

  • Explain the problem.
  • Suggest a solution.
  • Say why parking will benefit all employees.

Dear Sir,

My name is Martha Maingi, an employee of Berkins Enterprises, on the 2nd floor of the Greenpark Complex building, Room 105. I want to bring to your attention the challenges the company employees face regarding parking facilities. Your premises need this facility, and we, employees, are forced to park alongside the main highway or behind the building premises, which is a no-parking area. My car has been towed several times due to this, and just the other day, my side mirror was forcefully removed by thieves.

As the building manager, you must ensure tenants can comfortably leave their vehicles at a designated area without worrying about theft or towing. I suggest discussing with the city council the fenced area adjacent to this building so that they can allow us to park our cars on their land for a fee. This area has been unused for a long time, and It will generate some income for them.

Parking facilities will benefit all employees because they will achieve peace of mind as they execute their work, reducing the high turnover of tenants from your building.

I am looking forward to your positive and quick response on this.

Yours Sincerely,

Martha.
