As a nurse, I have always wanted to be a registered nurse in America, and it requires passing a professional exam known as NCLEX . A regulatory body, such as American Nurses Association, set up this exam.
I have always wanted to write the exam, but it requires a lot of in-depth reading with professional tutors, and it is also financially draining. Also, completed it by sitting for the exams and passed.
Well I had previously started the journey of writing the exam by applying with an agency, but I quickly dropped out when the agency brought a new contract that was not favorable. I purchased an app that details the curriculum for the exam and also scores you on your efficiency. I applied to write the exam and passed.
It was exhausting. It required discipline and determination with a whole lot of courage. I felt like a warrior who has defeated his opposition. Felt unstoppable.

One of the tasks which really got my nerves was my car driving experience. I started taking lessons in my late 20s, which was late because my friends were already driving by then.
My first instructor was kind of rude and instilled a lot of fear in me, to the extent that he said that you would never be able to drive confidently. I was too nervous.
To my surprise, when my driving school realized this, they changed my instructor. The astonishing thing was this instructor was quite a novice, and he gave me all the freedom to handle the wheel. I took a lot of practice and even succussed on the test.
Due to the immense hours of practice, I got my confidence and hit hard on the test day and got the victory. I was overjoyed to know that I can now drive confidently on any road without hesitation.

Answer 1:- There are many vocations where one must be confident—especially the ones where community service is required, like doctors, nurse teachers, etc.
Answer 2:- There are different occupations that require a whole lot of confidence, but the one that stands out is one that requires dealing with human life, such as doctors and nurses.
Question 2:- On what occasions should children be encouraged? How?
Answer 1:- From a very early age, children should be motivated and appreciated for their small achievements. In doing this, we motivate them and hence boost their confidence to attempt new and difficult tasks.
Answer 2:- I believe on a daily occasion because it takes time to build up, and being confident means having high self-esteem for one’s self, and this can, in turn, boost aspirations to be better in life.
Question 3:- How do you help children stay focused?
Answer 1:- By developing passion and interest in the field, we can help grow children’s focus. Especially when learning new sports or instruments. With constant encouragement and ignoring minor faults, children will learn to focus.
Answer 2:- One of the methods of keeping a child-focused is supervision. For example, an adult wants to train a child to get good at gymnastics would always start from the basics by training musclesg. This requires the child to be focused, so when the adult supervises, he helps in the child’s improvement.
Question 4:- What challenges do young people face today?
Answer 1:- Youth face various challenges in their day-to-day task. From academic to social reality, they are pressured by the expectations of their parents and teachers. This is one of the major hurdles. They don’t have the freedom to do things of their own, and in this race, they lose their confidence.
Answer 2:- In my opinion, I believe everybody should strive for the very best version of themselves, so it is important that, as an individual, you should achieve your personal goals no matter the challenges thrown at them. One of the challenges faced would be inaccessibility to education.
Question 5:- What are the most difficult things for youngsters to do?
Answer 1:- They should be allowed to speak up about their fears and challenges openly to their parents or teachers. These mentors should have the patience to listen to them. The gap has widened a lot, and that’s one thing that the children don’t have the pleasure to voice out to their busy parents or teachers.
Answer 2:- The hard thing that is faced by the younger generations is the ability to train one’s self and be productive in society. For instance, there are no standard facilities placed to help the youths out; most times, they are influenced by cults and fraudsters who carry out illegal activities.
Question 6:- What can we do to overcome the thought that everything is difficult?
Answer 1:- We can create a platform of understanding.Also , each one will have the opportunity to express their suppressed feeling and allow them to take their own vocation as per their ability and choice. We can overcome this difficulty with ease. But the question remains are we willing to do this?
Answer 2:- The thing that we should do to overcome the thoughts that everything is difficult is to educate ourselves on the past experiences of people. This will give us a better perspective and understanding.
