- How You Would Achieve It?
- Explain Why You Set This Goal
Practising medicine in the United Kingdom as a cardiologist is my dream, and I will do anything to make it come true. Since I was a teenager, my dream has been to work in the United Kingdom.
The good news is that I am done with my MBBS degree, and now I’m preparing for my IELTS so I can be eligible to sit for the United Kingdom medical license.
After clearing the UK medical license exams, I will have a permit to work there as a junior doctor, so after that, I will apply for a postgraduate study in cardiology. After I finish my post and study, I will become a full consultant in the UK.
I need to go to the UK because it is very potential for my future life, especially for my kids. After all, there are clear pathways for the kids to pursue careers that are different from those here in Tanzania and Africa.
After all, there is a lot of corruption here. For example, if you’re good at something and do not pay them a little money, they will not give you a chance. Living in the UK will be good for both my kids and me.
Part 3 Questions: Describe a Long-Term Goal You Would Like to Achieve
Question 1:- What Habits Should One Possess to Achieve a Long-Term Goal?
Answer:- Consistency and desire are vital in becoming successful in everything; you must be a hardworking person because the journey will have ups and downs on the way to achieve certain goals. There’s a day either you will feel tired and want to give up, or you don’t think it will benefit you anymore. So, this is the hardest part of getting what you want on a successful journey. Most people fail to overcome fear, let fear drive them away from their destination, and finally give up.
Question 2:- In What Ways Do You Think Becoming a Fashion Designer Will Contribute to Your Personal Growth?
Answer:- I don’t think being a designer would play a bigger part in my personal growth. Because I am a doctor, it is a totally different field without any mutual connections between them. Also, I have never thought about becoming a fashion designer from my childhood to this current age. However, I believe it has a positive impact on other people, such as artists and footballers because their jobs have a direct connection to the fashion industry, so becoming a fashion designer increases some value in their own business. As we know, people tend to watch and try what popular people do es.
Question 3:- How Do You Envision Balancing Your Personal Needs While Saving Money to Buy a House?
Answer:- Both materials are essential to humans as we need a house to live in with our loved ones, but we also want to fulfil our hearts by having what we love the most. So nowadays, we are exposed to a costly world with underpaid 9 – 5 jobs, and I know it’s not easy to buy these things simultaneously. However, it’s possible, but most people don’t know how to make it possible. I have not been in a situation like this before, even this time, but I have plans for what I would do in a period like this. First, I would reduce unnecessary needs and not put them on the human basic needs table. After that, I would find an old but livable house to buy, and then I would start to repair the house slowly while I lived there. I hope this will minimize the cost.
Question 4:- What Is the Difference Between a Long-Term and A Short-Term Goal?
Answer:- Both goals are essential for human success, and it doesn’t matter which pathway you choose. Each of them will bring you the joy of success. However, there are negligible little differences between them. The difference between them depends on the individuals themselves. A successful journey consists of short- and long-term goals because for someone to reach the final victory, it requires some little victories between the journey. For instance, I have a long-term goal to work in the UK as a cardiologist. To achieve my goal, I have passed my home country’s medical license exam and the UK medical license assessment exam to achieve short-term goals.
Question 5:- Are Short-Term Goals Stepping Stones Towards Larger Goals?
Answer:- Absolutely not true. Short-term goals are a potential part of every successful journey for every lifefighter. They are not a distraction from a long-term plan. You can not get to the top without a short-term plan on your way to the promised land you have promised yourself, and this is the way for someone to overcome the stones on your way to achieving your goals.
