Well, many times I visit restaurants with my husband to celebrate any occasion as well as to relish delicious food but I never got disappointed with the food service. So it was the first time that I got an unpleasant food service. Actually, one of my friends had been to London and to welcome her as well as to make her feel special, I invited her for dinner. In my hometown, there is a renowned restaurant so I thought to arrange a dinner there and I informed my friend about the speciality of the food that is served in that hotel and she was extremely elated to taste it. I was taken aback when the food was served it was stale and savoury. Moreover, the soft drink which was served to us was not chilled. It seemed to us as if we were taking a tea.
So this thing added fuel to the fire. Surprisingly, when I made the manager aware of the incident so instead of rectifying the problem, he didn’t pay any attention and we had to wait for food for long hours. It brought an embarrassment to me and I felt apologized for this treatment from my friend. As she is an outgoing personality, so she didn’t mind. Since then, I thought never to invite my friends to a restaurant instead I must prepare food for them at my home because I have good culinary skills. So that day, I spent a lot of money but in return, I didn’t get palatable food.

Answer – As a boss, I would make evaluations from time to time in order to maintain the reputation of the restaurant as well as for the valuable customers. Besides, I must make sure that the food is palatable, so I will first check it and then the food will reach on the table of the customers. After that, I will make it mandatory for every customer to give feedback or rating to the food services so that employees can do their work honestly as well as if there is room for improvement then that can be done.
