Our environment is facing several issues that need immediate attention. Significant issues are Air, water and soil pollution, climate change and deforestation. Air pollution occurs mainly because of the overuse of fossil fuels.

Increased use of private vehicles is a significant contributor. Individuals burn firecrackers and waste, which also affects air quality. These lead to many health issues, such as lung cancer, asthma, congestion, etc.

Air quality in some areas of the world sometimes deteriorates routine work. For instance, in Delhi last month, schools needed to shut down because the air quality was terrible, and it was unsafe for children to go out.

Our government and the younger generation should take steps immediately; otherwise, we have to face some unprecedented repercussions because of this issue.

Well, today, the world is facing several environmental issues which make our world a dangerous place to live in. We are all aware more or less of the environmental issues the world is facing in the recent era.

Today I would like to talk about one of the issues is air pollution. Well, I don’t think that I have to explain it has become fair pollution since it is one of the most burning environmental issues in today’s s world.

Yet, in a simple world, air pollution is the type of environmental issue affecting the air due to harmful gases, smoke and primarily carbon emission, nitrogen and sulphur. Air pollution is the contamination of air due to the presence of poisonous substances in our earth’s atmosphere.

This air pollution, of course, is something that our world has been facing for thousands of years. However, since the industrial revolution started more than 200 years ago, it has rapidly gone from bad to worse.

Because of this dangerous air pollution, the world is not facing only facing global warming due to carbon emission, destruction of the ozone layer as well as causing dangerous acid rain.

However, also, it affects many serious issues in human health. In fact, air pollution can make people very sick by making it difficult to breathe. Also, it causes some dangerous diseases such as lung cancer, respiratory infection and heart disease.

According to the world health organization, more than 2 million people die annually from air pollution. Air pollution can be hazardous to children who are living in big cities due to bad smog.

Now, If people really want to debate this issue, first of they have to be aware of using too many cars as well as lesser electricity and gasoline because they can emit carbon emissions into the earth’s atmosphere. Hence, air pollution is a hazardous effect on our world.

Question 1:- What are some of the main environmental problems in your county?

Answer 1:- Major issues are deforestation, biodiversity loss, Air, water and soil pollution and desertification. All these problems need immediate attention. The increasing population has contributed exponentially to exaggerating these issues.

Answer 2:- My country’s major environmental problems are air pollution, land pollution, water pollution, and noise pollution. Many industrial areas release poisonous gases such as carbon, sulphur, and nitrogen also smock, which pollute the air and causes the tremendous effect. Another pollution is land pollution, nowadays use of plastic increase rapidly, which is a non-biodegradable product, and everyone throws it anywhere; therefore, many cities and beachside are affected highly. Another thing is the pollution of water also became a major problem. In a recent survey, my country’s biggest river Ganga polluted with many wastes which are poisonous not for human but also for marine life, which is released by many big industries. Also, much waste is thrown by the citizen of the country due to a lack of restrictions.

Question 2:- Why should people be concerned about the environment?

Answer 1:- If we do not take action and try to preserve a sustainable environment, then we will also become extinct in future like dinosaurs. The environmental condition would not be favourable to sustain life on earth. So to save our existence on earth, we need to save the environment.

Answer 2:- Because it is the environment that keeps them alive and healthy, the individual cannot get fresh air or clean water to drink without protecting the environment.

Question 3:- How can people protect the environment?

Answer 1:- People reduce the use of plastic. They can switch to using eco-friendly options such as cloth bags and steel bottles to avoid plastics. To reduce air pollution, people can use more public transport. For eco-friendly energy options such as windmills, solar energy should be given preference.

Answer 2:- People can protect the environment by using eco-friendly products that do not affect the environment. Individuals can share a car if their destinations are the same or if they are doing work in a similar company. Individuals can also use public transportation. Government should establish strict laws against the people who don’t protect the environment. Another thing is that we should grow more and more trees which help us in any way.

Question 4:- Do you think money should be spent on protecting animals?

Answer 1:- Indubitably, animals play a vital role in maintaining our ecosystem. They depend on each other and contribute to maintaining the environment as well.

Answer 2:- In my opinion, we should definitely save near-extinct species because animals are also a prominent part of our biodiversity. If this becomes less, consequently, it will significantly affect human life because animals control biodiversity.

Question 5:- Do you think more should be done to protect natural scenic spots in your country?

Answer 1:- Increased tourism has damaged natural sports majorly. People visit and litter these areas. Firstly, the government should hire guards or cameras to keep individuals under surveillance. Heavy fines and a minor prison sentence punishment should be given to offenders who try to damage natural resources. Plus, in breeding time government should ban the entry of humans into forests.

Answer 2:- Of course, I think more should be done to protect our naturally beautiful spots, like sea beaches, lakes, mountains and forests, in my country. We will have to ensure these natural beauty beaches and lakes don’t become dirty, not only for tourist spots but also for protecting seafood.

Question 6:- Is water pollution a problem in your country?

Answer 1:- Yes, it’s a significant issue in India. Industry throws their wastewater directly into the river, which also spoils ocean water. Insecticides used in farming also damage water. However, the government is taking great action to reduce water pollution.

Answer 2:- Well, water consider is one of the essential elements of the environment and is polluted in numerous ways. This is a severe threat to the public health and economy of the country. Water in my country is polluted in numerous ways. Firstly, most industries are responsible for pollution. Mining industry urbanization, pollution increase etc., are the main elements which cause water pollution. Waste materials are getting mixed with water from different water bodies. In contrast, in some areas, the mining industries releasing toxic materials are getting mixed with water, causing water pollution. Moreover, the constant growth of the population is also responsible to some extent.

Question 7:- What can individuals do to try and ensure water is kept clean?

Answer 1:- Individuals should not throw plastic waste and litter near water bodies. They should run a campaign to educate people about water pollution, so everyone becomes aware of the condition and contributes to preventing it.

Answer 2:- In my think, a massive awareness is essential for the prevention of public proper knowledge I think they would be more careful over the water waste, besides this, the mining industry should be careful about releasing poisonous chemicals releasing in water bodies, and another important thing is government should establish a strict law regarding prevention of water pollution I think with the help of all these we can dilute water pollution at some extent.

Question 8:- Do you think problems with the cleanliness of water will improve in the future?

Answer 1:- yes, awareness among people is increasing these days. The government is also taking steps to maintain clean water. I m really hopeful that the government and people’s efforts will maintain clean water for future generations.

Answer 2:- This is a crucial question because the future is unpredictable and uncertain. But it is hopeful that there are still chances to improve in the sector. I think people should be aware of the detrimental impacts of water pollution. If they learn the importance of water in individuals, it would be possible to improve the situation, but the improvement will require more time if it cannot be solved quickly.
