Sample Answer of Describe an Interesting Place in Your Country that You’d Like to Recommend to Tourists

If visitors come to my region, I fervently recommend them to go to Sila, a great extension of forest and lakes where you can have a profound relaxation.

The site is located in the central part of Calabria, in the southern extremity of Italy. It is located 15 km from Cosenza and Catanzaro, the two most important centres of this zone.

Because it is wholly immersed in nature with three huge lakes, besides the immense natural beauty, people could regenerate their lungs profoundly by breathing pure and fresh air. For this reason, Sila was entitled in 2010 as “humanitarian heritage” by several international organizations. This is why this zone is so unique in Italy.

After admiring beauties and restoring their physics and brains, tourists could enjoy the fabulous Italian cuisine based on bread with local sausages, broccoli and unique cheese. They can also try the local potatoes, one of this place’s seven wonders.

Part 3 Questions – Travelling

Question 1:- What factors affect how people feel about travel?

Answer – The mood is inevitably the first element that seriously affects tourists while having a voyage. If you are nervous before having a flight, this will certainly not be a happy experience. Furthermore, voyagers should have enough cash before they depart because if they don’t have it, their journey might run into a nightmare. Think about any emergency that can occur while staying in another part of the world. Being without money could be, in this case, terribly distressful.

Question 2:- Is it essential to take photos while travelling?

Answer – I believe this is crucial. Taking pictures, especially with new mobile phones, can allow us to remember landscapes and the environment even many years later. Furthermore, this allows sharing one’s experience with friends and relatives wherever they are.

Question 3:- What kind of tourist sites are popular in your country?

Answer – Prevalently the historical ones. People are always attracted by the history of the Roman Colosseum and other ancient repertoires. On the other hand, technological museums are gaining massive importance during the last ten years. This is because, after the recent revolution of the Internet of Things, customers have become willing to stay updated on the latest news, and a lot of museums in Italy satisfy them.

Question 4:- What can the government do to prevent pollution in tourist sites?

Answer – Establishing no-traffic zones might be the first measure that the Executive power could take against this bizarre phenomenon. If people violate these rules, they should be severely fined. Furthermore, it might take other solutions, like sensitizing the population through a marketing campaign. This would involve local citizens respecting tourist sites without feeling forced to do it.

Question 5:- What are the advantages of visiting less-known places?

Answer – Gaining more knowledge about these sites would surely be one perk. This would boost the culture of everyone, and the more educated the population is, the wealthier. Moreover, such a visit would boost the subjects’ experience by augmenting their intelligence and other skills they did not know. To illustrate, think about losing oneself in a museum that one has never frequented. He/she will have to develop the brain capacity to exit from that building.

Question 6:- What are the disadvantages when there are too many tourists at one site?

Answer – At present, the most dreadful drawback of this situation is the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This means that hygiene is reduced proportionally to the significant number of people stationed at one site. Furthermore, other psychological factors may occur. Just think about those who are claustrophobic. They would definitely die in those circumstances.

Question 7:- What is the difference between people living in the city and people living in the countryside?

Answer – Citizens in the city are more dynamic. They have to follow a rapid daily routine due to the working hours. For this motivation, they are stressed and nervous. On the other hand, farmers living on the hillside are much quieter and more relaxed and do not risk any mental collapse. However, they can sometimes feel depressed because they rarely find a good job.

Question 8:- What is the difference between big cities and small cities?

Answer – In the big cities, citizens can find almost whatever service they want. However, relationships are more formal and can be tricky sometimes. On the contrary, small cities have fewer services, but a tremendous social bond can substitute for this lack. People are warmer in tiny centres and can support whatever necessities they have.
