Question 1:- Why do you think it is important to learn a foreign language?

Answer – Well, it is essential to learn a foreign language because people need it in their day-to-day life while communicating with others, sending messages to them. The crucial reason is the widespread usage of this language, make the people speak and learn more about this language.

Question 2:- How is it helpful to you to speak a foreign language?

Answer –Speaking a foreign language is very conducive for me as I have most friends who live abroad, and they know only the English language. So I can communicate with them fluently if I know the alien language. Moreover, nowadays, it is constructive for others to get a job, which needs fluent speakers. So people are a handsome income.

Question 3:- What is the most difficult part of learning a foreign language for you?

Answer –Well, a foreign language is straightforward to learn. Still, the difficult part is to pronounce the words because some are very difficult to pronounce so that that mispronunciation can distort the meaning of the whole sentence. So this is one of the most difficult parts while learning a foreign language.

Question 4:- What is the best way to memorize new words?

Answer –There are many ways by which one can learn many words and keep them in mind for a long period of time. Out of many, I might say noting down the words in a diary and keeping the diary always with oneself in a pocket then anytime if people memorize the word, they can use it in their routine. Moreover, listening pronunciation of the words and using them in a sentence by creating a story can also help people memorise the words.

Question 5:- Is it better to learn a new word from translation or by definition?

Answer –Well, it’s effortless to learn a new word by definition because when people understand the definition of a word, they try to make a similar sentence. In this way, reattempting to make words help them learn more about this language.

Question 6:- Why don’t some people know the language of the society they live in?

Answer –Well, sometimes it may be the dialect of the people that is a great barrier in learning the language of the society in which they live because people are from different societies in different areas. So it is challenging for them to be fluent in other languages. It doesn’t mean that they cannot speak their language, but they speak not as much as the other society members, who have been living there for a long time.

Question 7:- What do you think of children learning a foreign language?

Answer –Well, if children learn a foreign language, then it is beneficial for them because children can communicate easily they will not feel inferiority complex due to lack of good communication skills. Moreover, learning a foreign language helps take part in many competitions.

Question 8:- Why are some language classes boring?

Answer –Some language classes are boring because teachers don’t create interest in students for learning any other language. Moreover, there is no language lab where they can enhance their linguistic ability. No efforts are made on improving student’s pronunciation.

Question 9:- Some students hate to learn foreign languages; what can teachers do to develop their interest?

Answer –Some students hate learning a foreign language because they feel diffident and here teachers can work a lot to help them learn a foreign language with the help of technology. In addition, flashcards can be made, and the meaning of the difficult words can be made understand by students. Besides, the daily habit of the students to read any article or any page of the newspaper is very helpful for them to develop interest.

Question 10:- Some people travel for learning a foreign language, what do you think?

Answer –People travel to learn a foreign language. After all, they think it is a good way to learn any language because they will meet many people there, native speakers of that place. So while communicating with English people, they can learn well instead of reading articles or getting theoretical knowledge.

Question 11:- What’s the best way to learn a foreign language?

Answer –There are many ways by adopting those; people can learn the foreign language easily. They can read magazine newspapers, note down the difficult words, check them with the help of technology, and see the pronunciation of those words. So regular practice of these things helps them in learning a foreign language.

Question 12:- Why can some people learn languages fast while others learn slowly?

Answer –Well, it depends upon the intellect of a person. Some persons are knowledgeable because they have good schooling and are fully aware of English grammar and basic concepts. So they learn fast. While others, who have not learnt alien language in their initial years and incompetent teachers didn’t make any effort to improve their language in their early years. These factors are responsible for making them learning any language slowly.

Question 13:- Does one’s age affect language learning?

Answer –No, it doesn’t affect. People can learn a language at any age. Although they are not as fluent as the other persons, who have been using this language for many years, their passion and spirit of learning this language stand them in their line.
