In modern era, Healthcare is a significant concern for each & every individuals and this topic is always subject of debate for some people particularly for free facelities need to provide by the authorities and others claim that due to lack of new reasearch techniquies in this department it is adviced to spend these funds in improving education system and our cultures.However as per my point of view, free health care is a basic need of humans which should be as cheaper as possible from the governments.
Healthcare is become rapidly expensive day by day and it is not enough to common man to afford such type of expense for him as well as his family due to innovative nano technological instrument use, fees of sergeants, expensive pharmaceutical medicine, multi specialist hospital facilities and so on.so it is necessity free of cost facilities to the people from the government for healthcare department.sometimes due to less resolution urces and lack of awareness authorities are not able to provide sufficient innovative methods for health care therefore government need to start contemplate for free health care whatever possible to deliver to citizens as this is basic needs or demand by themselves.
Some people counter that as government not providing modern treatment the budget of healthcare need to optimize in education and culture.while education and culture going to compare with healthcare, health come first as in current pandemic situation such as corona diseases if respective laboratories not researching the vaccine it is impossible to defeat corona virus and for such a heavy amount of research take time as well as money so to consider this type of situation the investment towards the Healthcare outweigh the education and culture.
In summary, Health is essential need for people’s life so even though government not able to provide latest medical facilities government need to take it challenge to provide optimize cost to people for better growth of any country.

To begin with we need concentration in many activities for important task such as driving the cars, to attend lectures, giving exams, filling the important forms, reading the books and so on. Well, in many routine procedures it is difficult to concentrate some time & especially for me it is difficult to concentrate when I am making the purchase orders for any materials at my works.There are lots of terms & conditions to making PO when you delivering them in to ERP systems such as price, warranty, Late delivery, INCOTERMS, Taxes, specifiactions & so on so it may chances of errors if I am not pourly focused there are so many reasons to divert my mind while I am setting down the purchase order like somebody for other departments called you asking other things so when you listen up them you getting distract from your work or my boss asking some important material status to me.As a proactive action to avoid any chance of error while making purchase orders I prepared standrad operating procedures & check list to avoid futher errors also this will be checked by my superior to send error less purchase orders to suppliers.well it is quite challanging tasks for me to do more than two activities on a same time but I am improving my self to learn from seniors and internet.

Well I am very keen to continue working in my current organization which name is TBEA Energy India Pvt Ltd & it’s located near Karjan tehsil which is a part of Baroda District.Basically it is chinese based multi national company which has speciality to manufaturing power transformer & reactors, distribution transformers, EPC contracts, Railway business, Trading of renewable energy material etc…The major transformers & reactors of this company utilize in Power grid of India & Many state utilities like GETCO, RRVPNL, TSTRANSCO, MPPGCL, MSETCL so
on…Company recently started exporting their products to many gulf countries like Afghanistan, Turkministan, Oman & African as well as American countries.This company is near to my hometown and I was over to moon to join this company after my graduation as basically I am an Electrical Engineer and company has same profession to sell its product in energy sector so I was very happy when I have joined this company as a graduate engineer trainee. Overall after succesfullly completation of 06 years of journey in same organizatgion experince was good due to good infrasturcture and facelities provided by company & morever extremly good environment of working culture.I have learned so many new thinngs from this organization to enhance my knowledge & currently I am appointed as a deputy HOD of my department of supply chain management so in very less time comapred to other organization my perosnal growth rapidly increrased hear so I loved to work in this company in coming futures.

Ofcourse I am agreed that there is a vast diffrence in large scale & small scale company because many factors have key roles in these like working facelities, procedures, working environment, turn overs, knowlegebal staffs & many more.There are so many big company in India due to various government projects in which Make in India is one of them.If I am taking name of branded manufacturing industries there will be Reliance, TATA, ADANI, ABB, GE, UPL, TBEA always come to on my mind beause they have well established & all the procedures are very easy in this types of industries like their working cultures & procedures adopted many small company for their personal growth. The main good things they are devloping their partners like emplyoees, customers and suppliers and they have so many charitable trust which can help to orphans in many copmany there are seprate department called CSR which are dealing the activities for social welfare activities.In mpany my hometowns there are enermous large organization in which my current company TBEA is one of them apart from Jindal steel, Plasser India, COSMO films & ICPL also consider to be significant industry well in this type of company increament is a concern for every employee but almost april month every one get higher salary scale as per their performance but due to couple of years our company not give
promotion or incremeant due to compnay business extermly affected due to current CORONA Virus diseas.
